I love this product, have been using it morning and night for years. Long lasting if you use a small amount, sprinkle warm water on your face and neck, massage in a small amount of face and neck wash gel, wake up the skin by gently rubbing for a minute or two with small circular motions for the face. Exfoliate, then rinse thoroughly with warm water, apply a thin layer of Fractionated Coconut Oil and then a thin layer of Thena Moisturizing Facial Cream. Before using this combination, my skin was very dry and sallow. I'm turning 70 this year and my face looks younger than if I was using products that weren't the best for me.
