This is the famous turkey dip. Where plastic meets rubber, there is a leak. So when you suck out the remaining water or bits of food, it won't hold it and will flow out. I had to siliconize the plastic inside and out. And now it does not lose suction power. I like the attachment. I have a deeper tank so it helps get to the bottom without touching or fouling the water. It is good to use it before a 90% water change so that waste and debris does not rise up because it has been removed. I do a 90% switch about once a week and a full switch once a month. It does the job, but not before it needs to be siliconed in place, and even then it will surely need to be re-pinned at some point.
