I purchased this bandsaw thru Best Buy because Grizzly wouldn't take my Best Buy gift cards. I did haven an issue with Best Buy not giving Grizzly the order, so there was some delay in getting the machine. But, being the impatient guy that I am with a new tool, I was watching the tracking like constantly, and called and got it straightened out. Not a big deal. About the machine - you can't get better tool for the money. Not saying this is the best saw. It isn't. But for whatcha pay, its great. In all honesty, the only thing I wish it had are some wheel brushes to clean the sawdust off the wheels. Not a big deal, but most saws have them. I would put some on for a couple bucks If I wanted to, but it sure doesn't seem to affect performance at all. Plenty of power for re-sawing (get a woodslicer or timberwolf resaw blade - that's what actually makes the difference), plenty of precision for cutting delicate stuff. Runs so quiet and smooth its almost dangerous (you could forget its running and get too close to that blade).Set-up is what it is. Not hard, but takes some time.
