After doing my research I assumed that these bandsaws would be a good value and middle of the road quality. I got mine direct from the factory, but I read the reviews on Grizzly Products on Best Buy. I am indebted tothe reviews that I read. The first bandsaw I received had a large hole, and I refused to accept shipment. GrizzlyCustomer Support were very good and supportive. The saw I now have is Great. Tracking is dead on from the factoryand after getting the rest setup properly; the saw cuts as it is setup for.

I received this saw last week. I had some issues with the delivery by UPS. I called Grizzly and they were all over it. Everyone I spoke to at Grizzly was extremely courteous and wanted to make sure delivery was made and prompt. They followed through at every turn. Once I received the saw I set it up. This is not a Powermatic. It's grizzly. As in life you get what you pay for. This is better than most not as good as your high end saws. This one has done every thing I needed it to do. I've even resawed some teak and maple with it. Not wasting any of the teak. I did put the riser on it with some help. I got this to help expand my woodworking abilities. It arrived.and was as heavy as I thought. We wheeled it with a pallet jack to the area that we were setting it up. Beware, you will need at least 2 people to lift and move this band saw. It's very very well made and HEAVY! Setup was very easy as well.
