I received this saw last week. I had some issues with the delivery by UPS. I called Grizzly and they were all over it. Everyone I spoke to at Grizzly was extremely courteous and wanted to make sure delivery was made and prompt. They followed through at every turn. Once I received the saw I set it up. The only problem was a kink/twist in the blade. I fixed it as best as I could. The saw works perfectly (a little blade noise but nothing terrible). The cuts are true and straight. I called Grizzly to report no damage to the saw due to the box being damage. I mentioned the blade not expecting anything. Without question they said we will have another blade sent immediately. I cannot wait to use this tool. It is beautiful! Thanks Grizzly! (I bought directly through Grizzly saving $300.)
