Review on Upgrade Your Workshop With Grizzly'S Deluxe 14-Inch Bandsaw - Anniversary Edition by Patrick Hamman

First of all, I bought this saw directly from Grizzly, not on Best Buy. Secondly, I received a defective saw, and had an awful time, as other reviewers have had, trying to get Grizzly tech support to make things right.However, I am fortunate to live 2 miles from Grizzly's Bellingham facility, where I have purchased a number of tools over the years. When I went back to the showroom where I ordered the saw, the floor salesperson immediately told me he would make it right. And boy did he. I have no means to transport the saw, and the freight carrier I hired to deliver the saw is no longer available. So the salesman and a coworker stopped by one morning on their way to work, loaded the saw up into a pickup truck, saw to it getting repaired, and personally delivered it back into my garage! Unbelievable customer service!And now, I have the 5-star bandsaw that other reviewers have described. With that exceptional customer service, I'd like to give it 7 stars, but in fairness to future customers, I need to deduct a star for the original defect, and a two stars for the less-than-helpful tech support department.
