Works perfectly, plug and play, CD was nice to have - needed it for 1 of 2 Windows 7 towers I've had. It took me a minute to figure out which driver I needed to disable - Windows couldn't find the driver until I installed it using Install from Disk. The biggest problem is that when the card was in the tower, the USB cables were too wide to fit through the tower support bars! I had to bend them a bit to make this work. So, if you have a Lenovo Thinkstation, be prepared to work on it a bit anyway.
