The customer support team is top notch! They are willing to go above an dbeyond for their clients in any way they can, even if it means working around holidays when we need them most.

There's not much i dislike about this product other than the price but thats only because its priced fairly competitively compared to similar products out there. Our customers have been very happy so far with how quickly our process has taken place from start to finish using IMs Verify as opposed to going through multiple vendors before getting final acceptance approval.
