I like it because there are few such products. I love the way it swings forward, it's just what I need to add some height. The way it slides forward puts my hands in a comfortable typing position. I'd like it to swing forward at least an inch more, I personally push it past the last spot where you should and it still works, it just slips out every now and then if I push it too hard, though that's because I'm wrong to use it. This is a stable product when used properly. I would also like some extra/removable padding around the rim where my wrists rest, would be nice as my computer is very thin (closer to the thickness of an i-pad), thicker laptops may not cause this problem. I had trouble putting it together like a few other people, it's not shaped quite right so I had to hammer in one of the sides and the screws didn't fit, but it still holds up great and strong. without srewing. I carry it to and from school so it's light and stays together. It looks good. I am very happy. It could have been an amazing product if they made a few more changes, but it's still better than many.
