Great if you have a cup hole and no frame
I wasn't sure how it would work but it actually works great. The adjustment is wide enough to fit snugly in the cup holder, and the hand can move in any direction and angle. The phone holder itself firmly fixes the phone, does not slip. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who has a cup holder with a hole (not a frame holder) that needs a place to put their phone.
