Review on ClearPath Workforce Management by Scott Snyder
We've been using ClearPath since they launched last year.
They've been awesome so far! All my employees have access to the system and they're able to sign up and use it right away. It has the basics that every company needs like payroll, job descriptions, hours, etc. It's great to see the effort that ClearPath puts into making sure it is simple to get setup. My only complaint would be that there aren't enough templates for certain industries (i.e., food service). I love how much customization you can do without being overwhelmed or confused by all the options. Also, it's pretty straightforward when adding new users/employees - just enter them manually through the web form instead of having to download an XML file from your HR department. Overall though, I am extremely pleased with this software!
