We've had no success. We replaced 10 year old cheap Walmart brand curtains with these in hopes it would be cooler in the dining room. We have temperature radar and after weeks of testing the old curtains in warmer outside temperatures, we replaced them with NICETOWN blackout curtains not just once but multiple times in cooler outside temperatures at the same time of day the dining area was closed. 10-15 degrees hotter than the old cheap normal curtains we had. I contacted and asked them and they just gave me the same information as in the product description. When the sun shines, you see tiny holes everywhere because it's so thin. Disappointed but we have to use them until we can buy more as we got rid of the old ones. But the color is nice grey. The rings it hangs on are of good quality.
