First of all, I will admit that I have never used a cutting wheel. But when I received this product, I noticed that the washer was bent (see photo). I wasn't sure if this would affect functionality, so I asked. The seller was quick (and kind) to immediately send me another set to replace. That's fantastic customer service. Thanks to the seller for being so wonderful! I've used it to cut fabric and it's MUCH easier than scissors for me. I think this is because I have more control over the direction of the blade and the blade is SUPER sharp - cuts through multiple layers of fabric like butter! I guess I'm just kicking myself for waiting so long to try the cutting wheel method of cutting fabric. I can now start sewing again because it's so easy! I highly recommend this product. The razor-sharp blade gives the seamstress complete control over the cutting process.
