I needed a tripod for some photos I was going to take and although I didn't recognize the company name I decided to return it. It's fairly light, but the weight belies a real sturdy tripod. It was very easy to set up and I use a walking stick, but it was fairly easy to move the camera and tripod from one place to another to try and get a picture of the beautiful moon. I didn't have to worry about it tipping over even when it's almost extended to its full height, and my only complaint is with the head adjustment knobs. If they were too loose it was difficult for me to get the camera in the right position for my shot and if they were too tight it was very difficult for me to make small adjustments. This was my first real use of a tripod and if I find a better one once I get used to it I'll reconsider my review.
