I love their customer support team! They are super helpful, friendly people who really care about how you're doing with your deployment/server setup (and what they can do to make that better).
It's also been great working side by step in our project development process - so we've seen many iterations of this software throughout its life cycle at my current job; it has always seemed like an easy tool / product from which others could learn quickly without investing too much time or money into learning more details than needed initially when setting up servers etc.. There is nothing negative here yet as far i'm concerned but just some minor things such us UI design & user experience improvements would be nice :) As mentioned above though there have not even problems specific enough where one might consider changing providers if possible given other options available today especially regarding price point compared against competitors offerings.
