I like that it's fairly priced, easy to connect with support staff when you need help (and they're always willing), super responsive via email/phone - sometimes within minutes! They don't have any apps built in or natively available unless we use third party services such as Slack & Asana etc., which is fair enough but makes things harder than necessary if those tools arenβt widely used by your team yet / not well integrated into their platform already? The price point isn't too high so thereβ¦
