Excellent customer experience and attentive staff

I'm very happy with every aspect of macstadiam - from my first contact, to their support team who are always helpful when you need them most! They've been extremely flexible over our recent moves into new office space as well as providing us some great advice about hosting services in general (we're not entirely sure what we were doing before but definitely needed help!). Solid experience - Would definitely utilize again

Excellent customer service, good pricing structure with no surprises or hidden fees. Support is always available to answer questions via phone (24/7). The software itself has some quirks that can be frustrating but this isn't uncommon in the mac world. I needed more storage space so was able to move my virtual servers from an old dell r610 into their rack mount system. There were issues getting everything set up correctly. But once they got it working we had great performance without any lag. I

A solid and reliable Cloud Service Management Tool

I love their customer support team! They are super helpful, friendly people who really care about how you're doing with your deployment/server setup (and what they can do to make that better). It's also been great working side by step in our project development process - so we've seen many iterations of this software throughout its life cycle at my current job; it has always seemed like an easy tool / product from which others could learn quickly without investing too much time or money into…

MacStadium - Great customer experience

I like that it's fairly priced, easy to connect with support staff when you need help (and they're always willing), super responsive via email/phone - sometimes within minutes! They don't have any apps built in or natively available unless we use third party services such as Slack & Asana etc., which is fair enough but makes things harder than necessary if those tools aren’t widely used by your team yet / not well integrated into their platform already? The price point isn't too high so there…
