EDIT 07/02/20: I was contacted by the company after my initial review. They sent me a replacement remote (wrong style) which had the same issues. They sent me a replacement wall switch that had the same issues. Then they said they would refund my money. From 07.02 they are not. If you have a problem they will ask for photos of the non-working item (actually they wanted a photo of the non-working lightbulb). They then send the wrong replacement parts and offer a refund if it doesn't work properly, but you will never get a refund. They'll be going back and forth almost two months later and they won't read the message line, so EVERY TIME you write a message you have to explain the story, the substitutions, and the photos. Furthermore, this is a foreign company and the representatives don't necessarily speak English well so you get stuck trying to decipher what they are trying to communicate. ORIGINAL: I ordered this and two additional outlets and installed it in a narrow 35 foot room that had no obstructions other than basic furniture. The manufacturer claims a range of 80 feet, but that's not true. It works up to about 30 feet and intermittently after that. The farthest outlet (about 45 feet) works about a third of the time, and the closest outlet works about two-thirds of the time. revenge Same result. It's not a totally useless product - I wish all the bulbs were turned on with a switch, now only two out of four are reliably turned on and off with the switch provided.
