Review on πŸ’ͺ Unlocked Samsung Galaxy J7 (16GB) J737A - 5.5" HD Display, Octa-core Processor, Android 8.0, 4G LTE, AT&T Compatible (Black) by Ayden Loh ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, will order more.

Since everything I would like to say did not fit, I will continue here): From the pros: 5. Variety of settings, functions. The most useful is definitely the dual screen. With it, you can easily do two things at the same time, which, for example, is extremely necessary for me. It is also worth mentioning the equalizer, color correction, Always on display. 6. Good battery. When using moderate power saving and continuous operation, it holds a charge for about 8 hours. With average use, 1.5-2 days. If you turn on extreme energy saving, it will work all 4-5 days. Sometimes it heats up and then cools down quickly. Of the minuses: 3. Quite slippery. Easily falls out of the hands (although this is not surprising, the metal case, after all). The problem is solved with the purchase of a cover. In addition, I can say that the price is quite good. I bought for 14.500, from the official site-17.900. A good flagship, worthy of its money, I recommend.

Pros
  • 1. Style. Definitely. A beautiful, unobtrusive, noble color, and don't let the stripes on the reverse side bother you, you quickly get used to them. The metal case gives the phone "brutality" and solidity in appearance. 2. Screen and size. The size is ideal for any hand, it does not feel bulky at all, although when you take it for the first time, it seems that it is a bit heavy. The AMOLED screen fully justifies itself, there are no complaints about the picture quality. 2. The camera is what I am most satisfied with. I compared it with all the phones of my friends (iPhone does not count) - the best quality is on j7. There is also a macro effect: you point at an object at a sufficient distance and zoom in to the maximum. Ready! Not a bad front, but definitely not 13 MP, as originally stated. There are problems with shooting in the dark, of course: there are noises, the picture appears blurry, but this is not critical. 3. Speed. For all 1.4 years of work, there have never been problems with braking or long loading, be it games, sites, etc. My mother has A5 2022, which I also looked at when choosing a phone, but over time it began to freeze, not responding to commands for a long time, so I think I made the right choice by buying j7. 4. Relative durability of the screen. During use, my j7 went through fire, water and copper pipes, as they say: it fell many times, it was completely immersed in water twice, it got wet in the pouring rain, flew into the elevator shaft, was repeatedly beaten by the feet of careless schoolchildren . There were a lot of things, the result - just two small scratches on the sides of the screen. Of course, this is a great merit of the cover, which is quite easy to find on the Internet for such a model. Once upon a time, protective glass was also bought, but after three or four months it was already removed, naturally, shattered to smithereens.
Cons
  • !IMPORTANT! That is why I, unfortunately, am now looking for a new phone. Somewhere at the end of August, picking up the phone one day, I found a small purple spot in the lower right part of the screen. Trifles, it would seem, maybe hit, maybe something else . But no! It just appeared overnight, for no reason, so I decided to figure out what it is, got on the Internet and was horrified: firstly, it turned out that I was not the only one with this problem of this particular phone (factory marriage), but, in -Secondly, judging by the comments, this small speck, if nothing is done, will grow to the size of the whole screen and darken! Everything happened just like that: due to various circumstances, I could not immediately give the phone to replace the screen, so literally a month later, almost the entire lower right part was enveloped in a huge black and purple spot, which greatly interfered with the normal perception of colors, especially on a white background. Then a specific trash began: I turned to a phone repair service, they replaced the screen for me, the stain was removed, but glitches started (the device pressed the buttons on its own, printed), and one morning it simply did not turn on. I had to go back to the service, already with claims. The phone was taken for repair, saying that there was an internal chipped screen (while there was not a single scratch on the outside). After the second repair, even bigger glitches appeared and, after working for about a month and falling from 20 cm once, the device turned off again. I will not go to these "masters" anymore, I will only lose money (it is worth noting that an allegedly original screen was put in place to replace it). I hope this is an isolated case, and you will not encounter this. And if we talk about the characteristics, then: 1. Memory. Enough for 6-7 applications and ~ 600 photos + some light files. To be honest, it could be done with 32 GB, now this is not a problem. 2. Fingerprints. Initially, only during installation, the sensor reads everything correctly, but later it stops working, and this function has to be disabled as unnecessary

A working tool for calls, reliable and inexpensive (with the same screen as in older models)
