Overall the shoe is pretty good for a cheaper version of the original (Pali); The main shoe is the same size but the straps are tighter. I had to wear socks with sandals and use a hair dryer to soften the straps so they conform to my foot. Unfortunately, when I took the shoes out of the plastic box they came in, one of the straps was folded into an awkward shape. and nothing I've tried solved the problem, not even the hair dryer trick. After wearing the shoe for several hours a day for a few days, it is still shaped in such a way that the edge of the strap cut into my foot. I don't know if the band was like this before shipping or if it was caused by the shipping packaging, but either way it seems permanent.
