My assessment of the Note10+ smartphone is largely based on comparison with the previous phone, the Galaxy S9+. Not in favor of Note10+: 1. Removed the pulse measurement sensor (Now there are no options - only measure by the clock.) 2. Removed the indicator light from the front panel (However, Always On Display comes to the rescue and is more informative). 3. Removed the headphone jack (but I already said this). By the way, I naively hoped that Samsung would be the first to start equipping its flagship with wireless headphones (leaks before the announcement gave such hope). 4. Fingerprint scanner. Ambiguous topic: installed in the front of the screen - kind of cool, but the S9 + with the good old scanner at the back worked more confidently. In favor of Note10+: 1. Significantly larger screen size with a slight change in the size of the device itself (compared to S9 +). 2. Better stereo sound, while the volume seems to be the same from both speakers. The filigree work Samsung did to install the top speaker is worthy of special praise. 3. Significant progress in device autonomy. Confidently enough for me from early morning until late evening without recharging. 4. Better pictures and videos. The wide-angle camera is especially pleasing in both photo and video mode, because the S9 + did not have it at all. 5. More built-in memory in a minimal configuration. By adding my 256 GB card to the phone, I got 512 GB of space. Although 4K 60fps videos fill up memory quickly. 6. Faster wired charging included (25 watts), but I charge my smartphone wirelessly most of the time. 7. Twelve gigabytes of RAM will seem excessive to many, but I can say that in some cases the smartphone uses up to 10 GB of RAM. So there is never too much RAM. 8. Face unlock works quickly and the main thing is that the position of the phone can be any (vertical, horizontal, upside down).
