Has worked normally for about 3 weeks. I can't tell you how much this affected the air quality in my bedroom, but I was optimistic. However, one day I turned it on to let it run and the fan just wouldn't start. Contacted Levoit directly at the email address provided in the warranty information. At first they offered to send me a new one but once I gave them my order number they never bothered to reply. A few weeks later I sent another email and they replied that they do not process Revain orders. I am angry. Revain helps me but Levoit should not advertise this product with a 2 year warranty unless they honor it or support someone who has made a purchase through Revain. Honestly don't buy this product, it's nicer than many air purifiers, but a defective product and terrible customer service.
