Review on 🎧 Zalman ZM-MIC1 High Sensitivity 3.5mm Jack Headphone Microphone with Mini Clip for Computer PC Streaming and Gaming by Kim Kawana

For online gaming: Bought this mic after buying Sennheiser HD 598 headphones I have a cheap gaming headset that does the job well; However, I wanted better sound quality and more comfort. I like to lean back when gaming and don't have much room for a high-quality desktop microphone right next to my keyboard. Until I bought this mic, I had to switch between headset and 598 jacks every time I wanted to skype while gaming. This process was made easier after purchasing a USB DAC for headphones, but I hated sacrificing quality sound in favor of a headset. When I first used this microphone, my brother told me that there was no quality difference between him and the headset. He said he still hears the sound of buttons, but he also hears it in the headset. This headset is very easy to connect to the 598th. It does not bother and does not cause any discomfort. Pros: - great price - easy to clip on - easily height adjustable - long cable for long range - thin wire can obscure view of mic Cons: - keyboard clatter and probably other ambient noise at the other end - although the long cable is long enough, I need it not that long to play with - the wire is flimsy and likely to get tangled if not cared for. I gave 5 stars despite the very small cons. You can't expect a better microphone for this price.
