Makes crystal clear ice

I'm really surprised it makes great clear ice. My 12 year old son can, but it's easier to take it off when two people hold it. Adding a few drops of lemon juice and using room temperature water is the main secret to getting rid of microbubbles. I'm really surprised at how consistently we can do this now.
