Review on 🏠 Soft Crate by Go Pet Club by Heather Shaw

We bought this soft box for a 20 pound puppy. We were quite disappointed to learn that the pup unzipped the inside of the crate after only 2 days of normal use of the crate. This was easy enough to fix by retracting it, but it's obviously a problem for anyone planning to use this for anything other than a short-term (perhaps travel) cage, and even that won't be reliable. A few hours after the puppy was able to unzip the door, the entire door came loose at the seam and the puppy again escaped from the cage. I don't know what type of dogs this product is for, but unless you have a low energy dog that isn't trying to get out, this isn't going to help you. Especially when you can buy a steel wire cage for about the same money. I'll say it's easy to fold it up and down if that's what you're interested in, but you've got a cage that can't stand being pushed by a pup for 20-30 minutes. The door probably doesn't keep many dogs inside, that's the point.
