I bought these gloves hoping to avoid Raynaud episodes while running this winter. I already had a pair of thinner, lighter running gloves that I really liked for cooler weather, so I figured these "thermal" gloves might be just the ticket. Unfortunately, I found that they warmed my fingers a little when the temperature was below 35-40 degrees, ie close to zero. However, to be fair, they performed just as well as the more expensive Women's Mountain Hardwear Winter Momentum Running Glove. Best of all, the sleeve cuffs are snug to keep the chill out. In addition, the fabric feels comfortable. So if you're looking for something to keep your hands warm in moderately cold weather this is great, but for colder temperatures look elsewhere.
