1989 Dodge Dakota 3.9 4x4 needed new door locks as the original driver's side no longer worked. These were exact replacements. At first I thought they wouldn't work as they are common locks used on many cars that use a spring clip in the door to hold them in place. And on these machines, the lock is separate from the handle. This car has locks built into the door handles. Dodge got creative and put them in the handles and held them in place with two screws that are very easy to replace. You get right and left locks with the same keys and two keys.
