I use this chair for my home office and find it very comfortable and functional to sit at my desk for very long hours. After assembling it I couldn't get the height function to work. I contacted the manufacturer hoping for support in the form of spare parts or ideas on how to try and get it working. Instead, not only did I receive an immediate response, but I made the immediate decision to exchange the chair without the expense or inconvenience of returning a non-functioning chair. A few days later I had a new chair. This post-sales support has been overwhelming for me.
