The instructions for this thing aren't very good, but the installation was fine

The instructions for this thing aren't very good, but the installation was fine. Runs and works as it should. I don't know its real effectiveness, but we already have less static electricity. I don't know if the temperature is more comfortable, but maybe it will be more noticeable in the next heating season.
