***Updated 7/15/19 — ProShot sent me a replacement bottom at their own expense. It was unexpected and very valuable. Best customer service I've received in a while so I'm increasing my rating to one star. *** I have used this bag many times to take underwater photos for both work and play. In this case, the touchscreen is quite difficult to work with, but I think that's partly because my phone has a screen protector. The case was never leaked and the photos turned out pretty good. I liked the ability to take underwater pictures without a camera or a second electronic device. That was a big advantage for me. Unfortunately I dropped the case the other day and the piece of plastic that allows the case to snap into place broke off. The fall wasn't big so I can't say the case is very durable. I would like to exchange because of the cost. I'll contact the manufacturer via their website to see if they'll send a replacement part (all you need to replace is the bottom piece you take off to put the phone in) but I'm not sure given the language , I see on their website. Overall I liked the case, wish it was more durable and replacement parts were available on their website.
