The support team has been very helpful when I am having issues that they can't resolve themselves immediately (as opposed to other companies where you wait weeks/months before getting any kind of response). Their pricing structure makes it easy enough for me as someone who doesn't have tons of money set aside every month just yet but still wants premium service without being too expensive at this time. There isn't anything terribly negative about their product so far either! As always though, we're looking forward to seeing what improvements come down from them soon-ish after launch date :) They've already helped us implement some pretty cool features which will help our customers use our software more effectively overall - like allowing users to easily customize how many questions there should be per conversation between two people using chatbots instead of limiting each user's ability to ask multiple times during conversations etc.
