Review on Enhanced Waterpik WP-861 Blue/White Complete Care 5.0 by Heather Davis
Don't buy this toothbrush.
I had it less than a year when it stopped working. Waterpik replaced it under warranty and less than 2 months later the replacement also stopped working. Waterpik informed me that the replacement unit was out of warranty (so I'm out of luck now and almost $100 down). The only common denominator is that I took both brushes with me on vacation and after reconfiguring at home the brushes would not charge when placed in the base unit. There is clearly a problem with this model and Waterpik will not fix it. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.
