First: quality control. Apparently the first unit I got didn't have a milk frother at all. Like, completely absent from the packaging. I had to return it and order a replacement (which luckily included a foamer) and return the remaining parts. Very confusing. Anyway, the device is fine. On par with previous Keurigs in performance but without the polish. For example, it doesn't warn when there's no water, and it just gets really hot, which I can't imagine too well. Structurally, it's a bit wobbly: I wouldn't put the cup rack any higher than the floor, although I like that it's easy to clean. The milk frother is fine. It could be worse.
