Review on ATD Tools 2139 Utility Cut Off by Scott Reid

I needed a parting tool for auto work and found it economical. Very happy with the tool and the price. It worked well from day one and is still working after a few years of use. I don't really know how this will hold up against more established branded tools, but if you're looking for a solid cutting tool at an affordable price this would be a solid choice.
