I purchased and tested 2 of these in direct June sunlight during rush hour (in America) and was getting a short circuit current of about 185mA with an open circuit voltage of about 6.9 volts for the first, that's 1.28 watts. The second panel had V = 6.56V and i = 280mA, which is 1.84W. As such, both were quite far from their advertised voltage and current ratings, and both fell short of their advertised 2W output in my testing. They work, but their performance will likely vary slightly from what is advertised. Understandable for the price. However, they are suitable for experiments and small projects where the values do not have to be exact.
