I have severe osteochondrosis in the lumbar spine and haven't gotten enough sleep for YEARS. No matter what I tried, I woke up in pain. I recently had an MRI and was pleasantly surprised at how good my back felt when the technician suggested placing a similar machine under my feet for the procedure. I started my search for Revain as soon as I got home. I chose this product because of the design. Came in a vacuum pack, in a nice bag. Once opened, it expands to its full height in just a few minutes. I'm 5ft 8" with longer legs and this is the perfect length/height/rigidity for me. Love the fact that it has little handles at the bottom so it stays in place when your feet are on it. I have to say I personally like the firmness of the product, I mean the point is to lift and not flatten - it's not a pillow. I wake up in the morning with significantly less lower back pain after using it so this is a win in my book.THE ONLY downside for me is that I wish it was a bit wider.This size is great for using on the Couch but I relax my legs when I sleep and one of these falls off easily at night.May I will order one per leg! Generally a stroke of luck for me 👍👍
