I had a degenerative disc that caused a lot of pain, sometimes so bad I can't even lower my hips fully. This has been very helpful, although if you sleep on your side it limits your ability to sleep on your side. This works really well when you need to rest your hips and back.

I bought one of these to put my legs up when I go to bed as my legs swell up a lot. . and I tell you the best investment. Used for the first time last night. and I immediately felt the swelling go down and it is very comfortable and firm. better than foldable pillows. if you have swelling problems in your legs and need to elevate them. I highly recommend.

I have heart failure. My heart is struggling to pump blood to my lower limbs, causing swelling in my feet, ankles, and legs. I ordered this pillow hoping it would reduce swelling. Really surprised and happy with the comfort and quality and,,,, it really works! I haven't seen my legs, ankles and feet this normal in a long time. I love this pillow. I had back surgery and needed something to support my legs when needed. This stays in place and is the right height and width for me. I'm a tall woman with big hips and I fit in here and have plenty of room. I'm 5'2" tall and my legs don't sag at the end and there is room at the end, not much but not much. It compresses but opens and takes shape well. It's firm but not too hard.For me a super buy!

Only used two nights so far. At first I thought it was a bit narrower than I expected and thought it might be difficult to keep my feet straight on it and that it doesn't stretch as far/height as I thought.
