I have heart failure. My heart is struggling to pump blood to my lower limbs, causing swelling in my feet, ankles, and legs. I ordered this pillow hoping it would reduce swelling. Really surprised and happy with the comfort and quality and,,,, it really works! I haven't seen my legs, ankles and feet this normal in a long time. It's a small price to pay for the comfort and peace of mind I feel.
