This posture corrector is well made and comfortable to wear. The braces are easy to put on and take off, and the two adjustable straps are also easy to adjust and stay where you place them. I definitely feel the brace pulling my shoulders back to prevent sagging. I was able to wear the brace for about two hours before it became uncomfortable in the armpit area. There is a rectangular plastic adjustment clip on the back that rotated 90 degrees at one point that I was able to tighten by hand, but this is an area that could be improved on the brace. I think this brace will help with posture correction if you wear it all the time. I would recommend this bandage for back support.
