I like how easy it was to install on my site with no problems at all! It's very user friendly too which made setting up super simple as well. The only issues we had were 1) not being able to track more than one page or 2) only seeing stats from our own domain - you can't see other sites in your network using this software either. However, these don't seem to be major drawbacks of any kind so far (we've been testing it out for some time now). We use Tea in conjunction with Google Analytics but also do have custom code set-up within Tea itself since there was just something missing when trying to manage multiple pages via GA alone. Our goal has always simply been to keep users engaged without distracting them while they're browsing through various content/pages throughout our site. This allows us to make sure people stick around longer by providing an engaging experience rather than taking away their attention.
