Bought this for my wife because her tax job requires her to be constantly talking to customers and she needs her hands free to enter information! Comes with oversized ear tips and a charging cable (although a power source is required). The WOW.Love zippered pouch has a solid base to gently hold Bluetooth without slipping in a loose pocket, it's not bulky and fits comfortably in your bag! It has a small pocket on the inner cover for the charging cable and extra earphones. Pros: Sound quality is excellent on both sides. Was a bit skeptical because of its extremely light weight, which leads me to another pro; Very light, you hardly notice you have it! Stylish too, with red chrome buttons (power, volume and mute) and a chrome microphone that sets it apart from other brands. Case. again .AMAZING👏.Battery life is as expected for most small devices like this.Cons:The big side behind the ear can be a bit uncomfortable with glasses (if you wear glasses then you already know what you are dealing with anyway) I also noticed that (for me anyway) when there is no sound and you are connected you cannot control the volume with the buttons, you have to do it manually with your phone but when you are connected and the sound is playing, you can control the microphone buttons.
