Product works but does not play music/connection when car starts. The Bluetooth on my iPhone shows it's connected, but in order for the sound to actually play you have to disable Bluetooth on the phone and then reconnect. Sometimes when you are already playing music on your phone before you start the car properly and start playing music after about 8-13 seconds. This is random and only works about 1 out of 5 times. If you turn the key on the accessory and don't start right away, you'll have to unplug and plug your phone back in. took the trouble to install it. The fact that it actually works after you jump all the hoops is why this product gets two stars instead of one.
