Pretty good product overall, it definitely works as intended, definitely way better than listening to the radio, the sound quality is pretty good especially when paired with Bose speakers is you install them. However, it takes some time to install the product, you have to disassemble the complete frontend, but in the end it's worth it, it should have been a bit cheaper, but it's pretty good.

I installed this on a 2004 Mazda RX-8 (no Bose radio). It was plug and play. Also the steering wheel controls work to control my iPhone music apps. I haven't used the charging port or the six person port for more than a few minutes, but they seem to be working properly. The whole installation cost a little more than I wanted to pay but so far it has exceeded my expectations. I will update the review and rating if I run into any problems in the future.

A great option for cars built after cassette decks went out of style but before additional audio inputs became the norm. After hooking everything up I tested it and couldn't hear any sound through the AUX cable input and Bluetooth. I found that by default, Input 1 = Bluetooth (Input 2 = Aux). Product works but does not play music/connection when car starts. The Bluetooth on my iPhone shows it's connected, but in order for the sound to actually play you have to disable Bluetooth on the phone and then reconnect. Sometimes when you are already playing music on your phone before you start the car properly and start playing music after about 8-13 seconds. This is random and only works about 1 out of 5 times. I wanted to upgrade to Bluetooth so I bought this one. It works and you can use the steering wheel and radio buttons to change lanes, which you can't do with the line jack.
