Review on Logitech ERGO K860 wireless keyboard graphite by Stanislaw Puzyna ᠌

I am very upset and the product is no good.

If you put your hands in the way that Logitech thinks is right, then your whole body will move to the left. And move because at least you still have a mouse to the right of the number block. If, for some anatomical reason, you use the mouse with your left hand, then it will be relatively comfortable for you (move the keyboard to the right). Without a digital block, it would be much more compact, and it would not have to be displaced by the body. Very disappointed with the keyboard. But he specifically learned about the timing of the start of sales in our market. Contacted tech support. Delayed, left later than promised. Anyway. As a result, the ergonomics of the keyboard raises big questions. The product is very cheap. For quite a long time (10 years) I have been using ergonomic keyboards from MS, I decided to replace it with this one. Logitech still knew how to do some kind of engineering before. And the first ones screwed up and started releasing keyboards with a strange key configuration. If you take, pay special attention to the comfort of the layout. Are you comfortable typing with the disadvantages described above. If yes, then you will definitely like it. If not, you will suffer. If possible, I would exchange it for the one with the American layout. Will I recommend it to my friends/colleagues/relatives for purchase? Definitely not. With such ergonomics, it is not worth the money. In some surprisingly magical way, this product (or a review to it) was "removed" from the market. Well, it's okay, and I'll transfer it to this one. P. What an amazing coincidence. Someone really wants to sell this product to people. For the THIRD time since the publication of this review, the product is removed from the market. And then it comes back like new. I wonder who is trying to cash in on the buyers? Ya. Market, you? Wholesalers? Logitech? I'm not too lazy to leave reviews. Buyers, think about how persistently they are trying to sell you something with a set of SUBJECTIVE shortcomings! I'm applying the patches.

Pros
  • 1. Convenient, simple and easy connection to a computer 2. Quiet 3. Well assembled
Cons
  • The general ergonomics of the keyboard is not clear which mutants are designed for. 1. For the 2022 layout, it is not clear why the left shift was shortened. With the little finger of the left hand, we seem to press shift, and "\" is displayed; 2. Made an L-shaped enter. Cool, when you try to insert a paragraph, print "\"? While for the American keyboard layout, this is all done in a human way. With normal key size. 3. Too narrow a grip for the position of the palms. On keyboards from MS, the hands can be positioned a little wider. The keyboard itself is never compact (+ digital block after all). 4. Context menu button. It is not clear why fn is stuck instead, and the button itself is taken to the upper right corner above the number block. Comfortable? Never. 5. Glitches. Too often there are moments when, when you press the volume button, it programmatically sticks. And the sound flies to the maximum. You won't be able to lower it. The keyboard in the background hammers the sound on to the maximum. You can win only by turning off and on the keyboard. 6. Price. With such a set of minuses, it should not cost more than its competitors. 7. Effort to press the keys. It takes unexpectedly more than on other keyboards with "notebook key travel". Fingers get tired of it noticeably faster.
