Description of Logitech ERGO K860 wireless keyboard graphite

Introducing the ERGO K860 Ergonomic Keyboard, which provides strong support for the wrists, reduces muscle tension and promotes good posture. Thanks to the curved shape of the keyboard and the separation of the key blocks, typing has become even more comfortable. In addition, this design will help you maintain an even posture when working at a computer. The inclined surface will reduce the load on the muscles in the wrists and forearms - the arms and shoulders can now be relaxed. The curved shape of the ERGO K860 allows you to place your hands, wrists, fingers and forearms in a more natural way: as soon as you start working, you will notice that you no longer strain your muscles. ERGO K860 has been shown to reduce the activity of the upper trapezius muscle by 21% without a wrist rest, a large muscle located in the middle of the back that stabilizes the shoulder girdle and is responsible for the movements of the shoulders and neck.

Type of review

The kit comes with a receiver on which you can hook up to 6 devices (I also have a trackball) and simply inserting it into the desired computer and everything works (MacBook / PC / and even iPad) - that is, you don’t need any dances with bluetooth (set up on PC and works on Mac)

Pros
  • Comfortable keyboard, if you type a lot and own touch typing, then this is it. Before that, I had an ergonomic keyboard from Microsoft (by the way, it’s also very good), but I wanted a universal solution. Suitable if you have several computers (I play on PC, work on Mac) and want to use one keyboard everywhere
Cons
  • Sometimes, for some reason, the keybinding flies when switching between computers (Alt and Win change places) - but this can be treated by pressing and holding Fn + O / P

Excellent product, the best quality.

Excellent keyboard, good key travel, quiet, long battery life. I bought it as a replacement for the ergonomic keyboard from Microsoft. I connected to linux Debian without problems. The wrist rest has not worn out in six months. Good value for your money for those who have to type a lot of text during the work day.

I am very upset and the product is no good.

If you put your hands in the way that Logitech thinks is right, then your whole body will move to the left. And move because at least you still have a mouse to the right of the number block. If, for some anatomical reason, you use the mouse with your left hand, then it will be relatively comfortable for you (move the keyboard to the right). Without a digital block, it would be much more compact, and it would not have to be displaced by the body. Very disappointed with the keyboard. But he…

Pros
  • 1. Convenient, simple and easy connection to a computer 2. Quiet 3. Well assembled
Cons
  • The general ergonomics of the keyboard is not clear which mutants are designed for. 1. For the 2022 layout, it is not clear why the left shift was shortened. With the little finger of the left hand, we seem to press shift, and "\" is displayed; 2. Made an L-shaped enter. Cool, when you try to insert a paragraph, print "\"? While for the American keyboard layout, this is all done in a human way. With normal key size. 3. Too narrow a grip for the position of the palms. On keyboards from MS, the hands can be positioned a little wider. The keyboard itself is never compact (+ digital block after all). 4. Context menu button. It is not clear why fn is stuck instead, and the button itself is taken to the upper right corner above the number block. Comfortable? Never. 5. Glitches. Too often there are moments when, when you press the volume button, it programmatically sticks. And the sound flies to the maximum. You won't be able to lower it. The keyboard in the background hammers the sound on to the maximum. You can win only by turning off and on the keyboard. 6. Price. With such a set of minuses, it should not cost more than its competitors. 7. Effort to press the keys. It takes unexpectedly more than on other keyboards with "notebook key travel". Fingers get tired of it noticeably faster.

The worst purchase in my life, dont repeat my mistake

one working day was enough for a terrible desire to get rid of the keyboard - it may be suitable for those whose hands do not completely lie on the table or for those who work while standing I got used to the separate arrangement of blocks in half a day, on the whole it would be funny to leave it if it weren’t for an elbow the price is not clear for what to be honest - an ordinary scissor keyboard with a wrist rest. nice but not at all for the size of the price tag. mechanics gives more…

Pros
  • looks good in promotional photos
Cons
  • the symbols on the keycaps are erased, the keycaps themselves are polished to a gloss (google reviews on eBay), the stand eventually ceases to be removed from sweat stains The ergoclavitra turned out to be no longer comfortable as usual. because of the stand, the hands are no longer completely on the table - now they are on the stand, and instead of a uniformly lying hand, the main load goes to the elbow and by the end of the day the hand is awesome

In fact, I wouldn’t take it, but since I had to transfer to a poppy from Windows, I just didn’t understand where the commas, dots (shift + 6, shift + 7), the letter Y, and so on were on their anti-human layout. And of course, it was inconvenient to cross fingers on microsoft egronomic for copying and pasting. Since on the Windows keyboard, the start is one key to the left of the spacebar and they have Command, where normal people have Alt

Pros
  • - wireless - keys G, R, H, N, 6, 7 are square with ledges, not elongated like on microsoft ergonomic - there is a style of Mac keys, and cmd / opt adapt to start alt when changing the operating system
Cons
  • - microsoft egronomic is more pleasant, on it the hands lie more comfortably and the hands rest - short shift, double-decker enter, and this is precisely in the 2022-speaking - there is no separate row of menu keys, you need to use fn to switch, since the settings are quite flexible

Bad product, not worth the money.

Has some pros: The evolution of the Microsoft keyboard from the early 2022s for a three-armed person :-) Nice keys, no connectivity issues in both Windows and Linux, quiet. With its cons: Unrealistically high price. Inconvenient for work from the word absolutely.

Not perfect quality, some small defect.

The main and biggest drawback is a very narrow range of function keys reassignment. Why it is impossible to give the opportunity to assign any combination to any key is not clear. Otherwise, like everything from Logitech, it looks and works fine, but . it was taken for the sake of convenience, but it became less convenient than the previous ergonomic keyboard from Microsoft, but I can get used to it.

Pros
  • short key travel, solidity, palm rest, keyboard shape
Cons
  • there is no way to remap all the function keys to what you want, only a few, non-removable wrist rest. In some places the strange size of the keys (left Shift, for example, is very small).

I use a month. Not a bad keyboard, especially for work, but far from ideal. There are times to get used to. For example, the location of some characters, the distance between the keys for combinations (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V). For games where the left hand on WASD, the edge of the palm hangs from the stand - somewhat uncomfortable. And in other usage scenarios, there is also a feeling that the stand area on the left is not enough. The buttons in the lower left corner (Shift, Ctrl) are stubby, cut…

Pros
  • - tactile sensations - quiet enough - resistant to pollution
Cons
  • There is a software issue: when you press the media keys for a long time, the volume control "freezes", i. E. the key has already been released, and the software continues to decrease or increase the volume, as a result, it sticks to either 0 or 100% and does not change either by further pressing or through the OS interface (in my case, Win 10). You can cure it only by turning off and on the keyboard again.

Reliable product for all occasions, quality on par.

For many years I worked on Microsoft Ergo 4000. It seemed that they are very similar, in practice everything is not so. It is very difficult to relearn the small key travel. I've been typing for a week and things have just moved. Left Shift is very small, next to some kind of left button with brackets. I reprogrammed it to Shift, but my finger stubbornly gets between them. There is also some problem with the upper right corner, I get to other keys. Double space to divert eyes. Both give the…

Pros
  • Work with three computers, switching with special buttons. Switches quickly.
Cons
  • There are three buttons for three computers, but they do not light up. It is necessary to find out to which machine it is connected experimentally. NamLok does not burn either. I check the indicators of the wired keyboard, which I have not removed yet.

My impression of the purchase is good, buy it.

Cool keyboard, a bit pricey. You need to get used to the specific size of the keys if you have used keyboards from other brands before. With its pros: In all worthy and comfortable keyboard. I switched to it from Microsoft, the one with a separate num-pad (which annoyed me, all the time when I needed it lying around somewhere). Plus, it can be connected to multiple devices. Has some cons: 1. A specific layout that cannot be found in anyone other than Logitech. A short Shift on the left…

I thought that the pad would wipe off and shine, but no, it still holds, though I periodically wipe it with an office equipment cleaner Its pros: At first it seemed to me very unusual, but it's temporary. Personally, I have noticeably increased productivity with this keyboard. The brushes lie comfortably on the pad, the hands do not get tired, the keys themselves are very pleasant to the touch. Cons below: Only little things. The kit comes with regular AAA batteries, that is, you need to have…

Before that, I used Microsoft Natural keyboards for many years. Logitech has more precise key travel and a more comfortable wrist rest. With its pros: Clear tactile feedback - clear when a key is pressed. Printing is very pleasant. The separate space bar is handy. The wrist rest is comfortable, it is possible to adjust its rise in height - I set a different rise depending on whether I work standing or sitting. The keys are quiet, the typing process does not bother others. Cons: Short left…

Has pros: Comfortable. The hands are comfortable. But only for blind sadness. Including, I used it as a simulator to quickly get used to typing in the blind. Cons below: The Print Screen button is close to Backspace. Sometimes I miss. But this is not critical.

The product is really good, Im glad I bought it.

I used Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard for a long time, I have two of them. But they are wired, which is not always convenient. For the third computer in the house, I decided to try the K860, because. they can share one Unifying receiver with the MX Master 2S mouse. In general, if there was a Microsoft Ergonomic Black wireless keyboard, I would be happy! Now I'm thinking about whether it is worth ordering a K860 with an American layout from the USA through intermediaries. The price comes out more…

Pros
  • No wires. Execution quality. Ease. One receiver for keyboard and mouse is used.
Cons
  • The layout is extremely uncomfortable. Curve Enter - all the time I make money on \ instead of it. Small Shift on the left. There is no break button.

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

There are no competitors in particular, in parallel I have been using Microsoft Sculpt at work for more than two years - there is both convenience and a disadvantage - a separate digital block. Here it turns out to be more cumbersome, but with a large amount of work with numbers, it still turns out to be more convenient. If you had no experience with separate keyboards before, I advise you not to be scared, adaptation during hard work happens quickly enough, and your hands will definitely say a

Pros
  • General ergonomics and especially the arm pad with adjustable height and angle Two connection methods and three device profiles Versatility - Supports MacOS and Windows A proprietary utility for additional settings, I also have a trackball from Logitech in the kit - everything can be configured in one place, you can connect both devices via one USB radio receiver.
Cons
  • No key backlight The substrate is poured in, it will not be possible to detach quite bulky, the table needs a deep

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Didn't quite buy it well, had a little trouble using it.

Six months experience. The adaptation is long and still has not passed, I got used to the arrangement of the keys for a week, it will do. But "ergonomics" for me personally is still painful, I felt discomfort in my wrist - I have to put my wrist on my side, but in justification for the device I'll say - I don't sit as the instructions say. At the same time, my armrest is a tabletop (wings at the table) - i. E. there are no wrong bends of the hand. I decided for myself: I will not buy a second…

Pros
  • Wireless, fairly quiet
Cons
  • Software - I reassigned some keys - and when you don’t type on the keyboard for several minutes - it goes into sleep mode, after which when you press the reassigned key, the native setting works first, and from the second press - the user one. Those. the first wake up action does not parse the user settings. You have to first make sure that the keyboard is awake (press the arrow or the device selection button) and only then to the desired key (for example, I have non-standard PrintScreen and Calculator - the most common)

If there is nowhere to go and Microsoft Natural is no longer found, then you can take it. Otherwise it makes no sense. PS I'm waiting for the marketers to rearrange the letters of the left and right hands in the next model of Claudia. No, but what? Has pros: * Reminiscent of Microsoft Natural and suitable for those who are used to Microsoft Natural. If you can’t buy MS anymore, then there are no other analogues (for this 2 *, not 1 *) * Normal middle island (home, end, .) * Normal arrows *…
