I think for the price it's worth it. I buy from a soap shop and it's about the same price when you factor in the shipping cost they charge me. So I compare like this. Each block can make 4 to 5 bars of soap depending on the mold used. I will buy it again because I just love being able to choose from different scents and soap bases. Ideal for a beginner. They really lather and aren't as messy as other soap bases that start to melt as soon as you start using them. Excellent purchase
