Good product and definitely looks like most, but not all, real stone. Not cheap and in no way aggressive. I'm very knowledgeable about natural stones in general and they all look real. I took the smaller size as I don't like really big calibers. The only downside is that the edges expand much more than the center. And the center is much smaller than the estimated caliber. It's a painful struggle to penetrate and I highly recommend an oil or lotion! I even wore a stretcher for a week before trying to put it on. Once inside I forgot they were there. Not difficult, nothing fell out. My lobes really wanted to shrink after I had to force them in and after a few days they were still a bit tight so I went back to my old tunnels. or so the petals are slightly reduced to the size of a central gauge. So again you need an oil or lotion. Easier than inserting them safely. The flared end is easy for a professional to fix - I'll adjust them all - countersink one end a millimeter or two with a diamond bit and then refinish everything. This way I have a clear front and back and can easily slide them in and out. I can also cut a thin internal groove for the silicone flange on the back end. Anyone with a smaller caliber might consider doing the same, or at least know ahead of time that they're more difficult to put on if you're of smaller caliber and less stretchy opening than if you're a larger size.
