I have three of these plus Purafil 500 all but one mini bought direct from the company. I noticed that one of the minis didn't work. I found that our cat had chewed through the power cord. I called customer service and asked if I could purchase a pair of power cords as the way the cord head attaches to the Mini is very specific. The support person said they didn't know but they would ask the person in question and contact me via email or phone. That was over 10 days ago. I didn't hear anything in reply. I managed to find a suitable wire on Revain. When I plugged it in, I found that the Mini's on/off button and two power levels didn't really work anymore. I haven't used the button more than a few times. After a few presses, the light on the button came on, but the car didn't light up. There was a very low hum in the car, but it went away after a few minutes. I've tried several times. The same story. The car is useless. This one might have been a lemon - the other two are still in service - but I'd try to avoid this machine. Completely disappointed.
