Very convenient, but hands are not needed!

I bought this headset for work. Long wearing is uncomfortable. I couldn't tell from the pictures but the mic moves front to back allowing it to be worn with the mic on either side of the head. I really have to laugh when I come back from my desk, I forget to turn it back on so no one is there after I answer the phone.
