The iPad I received started flashing purple screen frequently (5-10 times a day) on restart, rendering it almost unusable. The Apple Store said it was because of the fake screen. Customer service was unhelpful and told me they couldn't replace the product. Then when I asked about a fake product, they stopped responding at all. Replacing the screen costs me about $150. What a waste; I could buy something new directly from Apple for the amount of money I would spend fixing a defective product they sold me.
