It's not what it should be

I checked on their website and found that the iPad Air 3 is advertised as a cellular - and Wi-Fi enabled device advertised for $479. Ordered and shipped 2 days later. The information showed the same Ipad Air 3 that I viewed and ordered, the goods were sent. Fake parts and useless customer service.

The iPad I received started flashing purple screen frequently (5-10 times a day) on restart, rendering it almost unusable. The Apple Store said it was because of the fake screen. Customer service was unhelpful and told me they couldn't replace the product. Then when I asked about a fake product, they stopped responding at all. Replacing the screen costs me about $150. What a waste; I could buy something new directly from Apple for the amount of money I would spend fixing a defective product…

You wouldn't know it was an "updated " iPad Air (current generation), which is nice.

The iPad was packaged very well and arrived on time. The only indication that it wasn't new was a sticker on the back of the box, which was actually an actual Apple box (so it was boxed like new).
